Understanding Psychic Attacks and How to Safeguard Yourself !

The spiritual journey is often serene and tranquil, especially when you’re in tune with your own energy and higher self through meditation. However, there are moments when things feel off, as if someone or something is disrupting your peace, invading your space, or affecting your business. This disturbance might be due to a psychic attack. So what should you do if you experience this? Don’t worry, I’m here to help!

A psychic attack occurs when another person or entity attempts to breach your energetic boundaries without your consent. This intrusion can originate from various sources — a person, an animal, or even a spirit.

Imagine someone trying to break into your home without your knowledge; they may not succeed because you’ve locked the doors. Similarly, with psychic attacks, you might not immediately notice someone trying to infiltrate your energetic space until you start feeling uneasy or different around them.

As humans with energy fields that function like large radio antennas, we constantly encounter and interpret diverse types of energy. Not all of this energy is positive and uplifting. Negative energy can sometimes appear as psychic attacks, a common form of harmful intent directed at people or places. It’s easy to be affected by a psychic attack without even being aware of what’s happening.

Here are some tips to protect yourself from a psychic attack:                                                                                    

Signs of a psychic attack can differ from person to person but typically include feelings of confusion, fear, anger, depression, fatigue, headaches, stomach aches, and other physical symptoms.

Beyond physical symptoms, those experiencing a psychic attack may notice sudden and unexplained changes in their moods and emotions. If these signs persist for more than a few days or weeks, it may be worth considering the possibility of being targeted by a psychic attack.

The most common forms of psychic attack include:

  •  people gossiping about you
  • people Bullying you
  • dark witches intentionally sending subconcious Attacks knowing what they’re doing basically subliminal messaging.
  • people that are vex at you for whatever reason.
  • People projecting onto you.
  • blame shifting by Antisocial Personality Disorder (APD)  and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)
  • People purposely lying on you and assuming things about you.

Psychic attacks can also create energetic cords around all of your chakras and across your twelve dimensions.

These attacks can leave imprints that drain the light levels of you, your home, and even your business. This makes you more vulnerable to other types of dark attacks from the spirit world. Psychic attacks can also induce fear and mental confusion.

 How can you do to protect your energy and prevent from this drain on your light?

First and foremost is to setting boundaries

One of the best practices is to establish strong energetic boundaries around yourself, which help maintain high levels of light. This can involve learning to identify when someone has breached your boundaries and setting healthy limits on what others can access within your energy field.

One of the simple technique you can use to clear off the unwanted energetic attachments to you, imagine a white light forming above your head and passing towards you clearing all the negative energy away, protecting rituals and affirmations can help you reinforce your energetic boundaries.

Grounding Exercise

You can start with simple meditation where you can visualize you walking through the beaches or walking on a green grass in bare feet it will help you to be rooted. Or you can do literally ground yourself in the nature by taking walks in the nature. This helps you build awareness of your energetic field so you can begin to take note of the energy that comes your way.

Clear your energy

As an energy worker my work involves clearing/cleansing people’s energetic fields and raising their energy vibrations and aligning their energy frequency, like human hygiene practices that are necessary as cleaning your space sometimes you need to clear your aura dimensions a through cleaning (then you can reach to me) in between your  professional cleansing you can do a

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 Materials Needed: Sea salt, Epsom salt, or Himalayan pink salt.

Procedure: Dissolve a cup of salt in a warm bath. Soak for 20 minutes to draw out impurities.

As you take this bath, you can also visualize any unwanted energy being swept away, and replenish your energy with brilliant white light, love and protection. 

 Protective crystals

 Materials Needed: Clear quartz, black tourmaline, selenite, or amethyst.

Procedure: Hold or place crystals on your body during meditation to cleanse and balance your aura.

Frequency: During meditation or continuously in your space

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠

Materials Needed: Singing bowls, tuning forks, calming music.

Procedure: Use sound around your body to break up and release negative energy.

Frequency: Weekly or as needed.

Keep Your Vibes High

 Surround yourself with people and things uplift you remember people, places and things always have an impact on your vibe and energy. Remember you spending time with your loved and dear ones it always have an energy upliftment and have an impact on your aura vibe and energy. Above all trust your intuition your intuitions are a powerful tool If you think you are uncomfortable with person or a situation then don’t wait follow your intuition and distant away from that situation. You should always take your intuition seriously.
